Educational Requirement:
1. IT Officer Scale 1 and Scale 2: Candidate must have completed degree in Engineering, Computer Application, and DOEACC ‘B’ level
2. HR and Personnel Officer Scale 1: Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource/ Personnel Management from the recognized college.
3. Marketing Officer Scale 1: Degree/ Diploma in Marketing Management from the recognized college.
4. Law Officer- Scale 1 and Scale 2: Candidates should have done LLB and have work experience in related line (for Scale 2 post).

Age Criteria:
Those who are applying for Scale 1 posts should have age between 20yrs to 30yrs while for those candidates who is aspiring to apply Scale 2 posts must have age in between 20yrs to 35yrs. Age relaxation is applicable.
Registration Charges:
Scheduled Caste/ Tribe and Physically Challenged Persons should remit Rs. 100/- & Candidates belonging except these categories required paying Rs.600/-. Charges can be paid through Challan Mode or Online Mode.

Selection Criteria:
Applicants have to pass the Written Test (Online Mode) and Interview round for being selected as Specialist Officer.
Applying Process:
Candidates have to apply online for the posts, upload photo and sign in the reserved spaces and make payment by visiting the authorized banks or online way within the prescribed dates. It is required to download the registration form and e-receipt (if payment done through online) for using it in future.
